ESPN is continuing its yearlong buildup to Super Bowl LXI with a new animated commercial that crosses over with Disney and Pixar’s upcoming Toy Story 5.

The newest installment in ESPN’s “We’re Going” campaign is set to debut during Game 1 of the NBA Finals and features a toy-filled adventure inspired by the world of Toy Story.

Promotional images from the spot show Woody and Buzz Lightyear joining a cast of miniature ESPN personalities and NFL stars as they embark on a journey connected to Super Bowl LXI. The commercial includes toy versions of several familiar ESPN figures, alongside appearances from Peyton Manning, Eli Manning, Randy Moss, Jason Kelce, Pat McAfee, Adam Schefter, and others.

The animated spot also includes ESPN mascot App-E and embraces the classic premise that toys come to life when humans aren’t paying attention.

The latest commercial is just one piece of Disney and ESPN’s larger “Year of the Super Bowl” initiative. Fans can also look forward to experiences such as ESPN Beach, a major fan destination planned for Santa Monica during Super Bowl week that will feature broadcasts, entertainment, activities, and Disney-themed experiences leading up to the big game.
