Guests at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort this summer can get a Fourth of July-inspired Strawberry Cheesecake from Barcelona Lounge.
Strawberry Cheesecake – $6.79
Vanilla Bean Cheesecake, Strawberry Coulis, White Chocolate Collar
This is delightful! It’s not too sweet and it’s not too cream cheesy either. The strawberry jelly is where most of the sweetness comes from and it complements the overall flavors instead of overpowering the cheesecake.
The chocolate wall keeps the dessert together and adds a fun crunch. The only reason we don’t give it a perfect 7 is because guests will have to go out of their way to get it.

We were the first to order the dessert at Coronado Springs Resort. It was created by Cast Members at both Coronado and Animal Kingdom, and they are so proud of their creation.
