'The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder' To End After Season 4, Stop-Motion Holiday Special

Disney+ announced today, June 17, that The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder will end after season 4. Additionally, there will be a stop-motion holiday special this winter.

The show, which centers, of course, on The Proud Family, premiered on the Disney Channel on January 7, 2023. Soon to enter into its fourth and final season, Louder and Prouder will show the characters on the cusp of major life changes:

Season 4 finds the Proud family at a life-changing turning point. Penny Proud is pulled into a series of unexpected adventures that test her courage and identity. With more action-packed, mind-bending and heartfelt twists than ever before, the Prouds face every new challenge head-on, proving that no matter how chaotic life gets, they’re strongest when they face it together.

A whole host of guest stars were also announced for this new season, including Mariah Carey, Ali Wong, Tiffany Haddish, Anthony Anderson, Chloe Bailey, and Lorraine Toussaint, among others.

This new season premieres on July 29.

A Proud Family Wizmas

In addition to the fourth season, the family will also appear in a stop-motion holiday special entitled A Proud Family Wizmas. It will be produced in collaboration with stop-motion artists at HouseSpecial with six new songs by Kurt Farquhar.
