Disney announced today at a 10th anniversary event that the third hotel at Shanghai Disney Resort, which broke ground on August 31, 2023, now has an official name.

The name of the resort hotel is Disney Enchanted Star Hotel.

Disney Enchanted Star Hotel will have Art Nouveau-inspired architecture paying homage to Shanghai’s early 20th-century architectural legacy. It will be the smallest of Shanghai Disney Resort’s hotels with just 400 rooms. The other two hotels are the 420-room Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and the 795-room Toy Story Hotel.

Disney Enchanted Star Hotel is the third hotel at the Shanghai Disney Resort; a fourth was announced in November 2025. The fourth hotel will be located near the entrance of Shanghai Disneyland and will be the closest to the park entrance.

Disney Enchanted Star Hotel will open in the winter of 2027.
