Wondrous Journeys and Paint the Night Extended Past D23 at Disneyland Resort

Ahead of the Halloween celebration from August 21 through October 31 at Disneyland Resort, both Wondrous Journeys and Paint the Night will stop performances. However, guests will get to enjoy the entertainment a bit longer as they will now run past their original end date of August 9.

Wondrous Journeys & Paint the Night Extended

As they often do, both Wondrous Journeys and Paint the Night will pause their near-nightly performances for the Halloween season. Guests can still enjoy the shows from August 10-20, 2026. Wondrous Journeys returned to Disneyland last May for the resort's 70th anniversary.

Whereas Paint the Night returned to Disneyland on February 1, 2026. This parade is performed twice nightly at 8:45 p.m. and 10:45 p.m. The fan-favorite Paint the Night Electrical Parade also came back for the resort's 70th anniversary celebration.
