The piece of the Berlin Wall at Hard Rock Cafe in Universal CityWalk Orlando has been moved to a more prominent location. It was previously a hidden gem, only visible to guests who walked down a dead-end path to the back of the restaurant.

The wall has a new home right in front of Hard Rock Cafe, between the restaurant entrance and patio. The move may be related to adjacent construction of Fast and Furious: Hollywood Drift, but Universal did not make an announcement.

The Berlin Wall was erected in August 1961 and demolished on November 9, 1989. Hard Rock Cafe displays this piece because Roger Waters of Pink Floyd performed in front of it. The long-faded graffiti on the wall was featured on the cover of subsequent album The Wall – Live in Berlin.
