Crews have been dismantling the Sleeping Beauty Castle-inspired sculpture in the Disneyland Resort Esplanade, and it is no longer visible above the walls. Constructed last year, the sculpture was part of the Disneyland 70th anniversary celebration, which is now wrapping up.
Castle Sculpture Dismantled

Just a few days after reporting the dismantling of the statue, it is now no longer visible from above the construction walls.

The sculpture was still visible above construction walls a few days ago, as seen above. However, the sculpture’s towers and roof had already been removed.

Some of the sculpture, including colorful stained glass and golden archway elements, were still visible a few days ago. See what the full sculpture looked like below.

On top of each tower was an element representing one of the park’s original lands. The circular base featured Mickey and Friends.
The 70th anniversary celebration officially comes to an end on August 9, 2026.
