We tried the Captain Cacao’s Starlight Voyage shake at Satellite Shakes to help you decide whether it’s worth getting during your next visit to Epic Universe.
Captain Cacao’s Starlight Voyage Shake – $13.99
Chocolate shake layered with rich ganache, marshmallows, blackberry syrup and praline crunch, finished with chocolate whipped topping, blue starlight ribbon and Captain Cacao’s signature hat
The chocolate seems to be a milk chocolate ice cream of an okay quality, but the accompaniments raise the overall enjoyment. The blackberry syrup didn’t change the flavor profile much, but the bits of pralines are present in every bite, and they do change it.
It’s a solid offering, and certainly very cute as it features an edible captain’s hat, but it won’t change your life.
