The stage repainting at Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom appears mostly complete upon our visit this morning, July 13.
Stage Painting

The stage painting, which we reported a few days ago, appears to be finished with new blocking lines and paint. During the repainting, Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire suspended performances for the past week and will resume on Wednesday, July 15.
Just a few days ago, this is what the stage looked like:

In addition to the stage itself, we believe the steps and performance platforms have also been freshly painted, as they appear more vibrant.

Before the Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire closure due to the painting, a shortened version was being performed due to high heat.
The show features Mickey and Friends, as well as characters from The Princess and the Frog, Tangled, and Frozen performing iconic Disney songs. It is performed five or six times a day between 10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Check the Walt Disney World website or My Disney Experience app for the most up-to-date showtimes.
