The intersection of Seven Seas Drive and Floridian Way outside Magic Kingdom is now permanently closed.
Intersection Closure

As shown above, roadwork has progressed, and the intersection at Seven Seas Drive and Floridian Way is now closed. Barriers are in place along the road to prevent vehicles from either entering Seven Seas Drive from Floridian Way or Floridian Way from Seven Seas Drive. Floridian Way remains open in both directions.

The closed intersection is located between Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and the Transportation and Ticket Center parking lots, at the red marker in our Google Maps screenshot above.
With the closure, Seven Seas Drive will now end at the main guest entrance to the Polynesian. To access Seven Seas Drive from Floridian Way, guests will need to make their way onto World Drive northbound.

This is the latest change to the roadways outside Magic Kingdom as part of a years-long construction project to improve traffic. We’re in the midst of phase three, set to be complete by the end of 2027. This includes construction of a traffic circle on Floridian Way.
