East Central Florida, including Universal Orlando Resort and the majority of the Walt Disney World Resort, will be under a Heat Advisory most of Saturday, July 25.
Weather Warning for July 25
The Heat Advisory will be in effect from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. EDT for Volusia, Lake, Seminole, Orange, and Brevard counties.
Peak heat index values — the “feels-like” temperature — will be up to 109°F.
The National Weather Service suggests guests and residents drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions if you work or spend time outside. Wear lightweight and loose-fitting clothing.
