After almost 32 years with the Walt Disney Company, Ken Potrock has announced that he will officially retire in early 2027.
Potrock, who currently serves as President of Major Events Integration for the Walt Disney Company and, recently, President of Disneyland Resort, announced in a statement on LinkedIn that he would be retiring in early 2027.
“Well, the news is out. After nearly 32 incredible years, I’ve decided to retire from The Walt Disney Company. But not quite yet… first, we have the biggest Super Bowl ever to help deliver in Los Angeles.”
“After next February, Susanne and I have serious travel to catch up on, two amazing sons to watch continue crushing it, and I just might be heading to the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley. My first job selling Gallo wine was trying to tell me something all along.”
Prior to his role as President of Disneyland Resort, Potrock served as President of Disney Consumer Products and Senior Vice President of Disney Sports Enterprises, Disney Vacation Club, the Golden Oak residential community and Adventures by Disney. He began his Disney career in 1995 as Vice President of Marketing for Disney Cruise Line
