LEGO is coming out with a new Shrek minifigure series ahead of the original film’s 25th anniversary and the release of Shrek 5 in 2027.
Shrek LEGO Minifigures
According to Toy People News, the blind bag series will launch on September 1, 2026. There are a total of 12 characters, with one available in each $4.99 bag.
The characters are:
- Shrek
- Fiona
- Donkey
- Puss in Boots
- Prince Charming
- Fairy Godmother
- Dragon
- Big Bad Wolf as Grandma
- Executioner
- Pinocchio
- Gingerbread Man (“Gingy”)
- Lord Farquaad
The Puss in Boots minifigure made his debut with the Shrek, Donkey & Puss in Boots set released earlier this summer. While the minifigures are appropriate for ages 6+, the Shrek set is for ages 18+. It has 1,403 pieces.
