At Universal Studios Japan, Halloween Horror Nights is going to the next level by offering an all-night terrifying event.
Halloween Horror Nights – All Night
For one night only, September 25, a select few guests will get the chance to experience HHN for the entire night. Advance lottery applications open today, July 23. The all-night event begins at 10 p.m. after the park closes and goes until 5 a.m. the next morning.
The lottery is open from now until August 2, though at the time of writing, the website was down. We presume this is due to interest. Winners will be notified on August 6 and have until August 9 to pay for the tickets. After that, general sales begin August 14 at 2 p.m. Persons under 18 are not permitted to purchase tickets or attend the event. Tickets for this event are 14,000 yen with tax included.

Event Experiences
Guests who attend this all-night horror event can visit the HHN exclusive attractions as well as some of the park’s permanent attractions like Hollywood Dream – The Ride. In addition, there will be special performances of both “Street Zombies” and “Zombie de Dance.”
On top of that, there will be two one-night-only shows for the event. “Universal Monsters Live Rock and Roll Show” will present “Halloween Horror Night All-Night Special Event: The Bright.” And over in Waterworld, guests can enjoy “Halloween Horror Night Special Event: The Dark.”
Guests who want to see the special show must purchase a “Halloween Horror Nights All-Night Pass with Special Show Ticket” or a “Halloween Horror Nights All-Night Pass” and then participate in a lottery to obtain a ticket. There will not be a lottery for “The Bright” show if the passes sell out. The show viewing passes are 17,000 yen (tax included).
Also, for 17,000 yen (tax included), guests can purchase a special pass that includes the HHN all-night event and access to Super Nintendo World. However, Super Nintendo World will only be open until 3:15 a.m. the following day.
