“Disney’s Celebrate America! – A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky” is a 14-minute show that includes fireworks, patriotic music, and projection effects on Cinderella Castle. This year, the show will be performed at 9:00 p.m. on July 3, 4, and 5.

The usual nighttime fireworks display at Magic Kingdom, “Happily Ever After,” will not be performed on those dates.

The fireworks display first debuted at the park in 2008 and begins with a narrator introducing America:
America! A land where eagles soar! Since history began, its people have celebrated the magnificence of this land. Tonight we celebrate America; a land of many people. A country that continues to grow. A nation of courage and independence. America, the beautiful!

There is a special narration after the introductory remarks for the 250th:
To honor America’s 250th anniversary, we welcome you to our Independence Day weekend celebration as we commemorate this momentous birthday of our great nation.
The first section of the show celebrates freedom and independence. It features songs like “God Bless America,” “The Yankee Doodle Boy,” and “This Is My Country.”

The second section of the show includes American folk songs like “America the Beautiful,” “Home on the Range,” and “This Land is Your Land.”

The final section is a salute to the American flag, with the songs “Stars and Stripes Forever,” “You’re a Grand Old Flag,” and, of course, “The Star-Spangled Banner” included in this portion.
Magic Kingdom also has patriotic decor along Main Street, U.S.A. Patriotic activities include flag retreat ceremonies, Dapper Dans performances, and Main Street Philharmonic performances.
The daily Electrical Water Pageant on Seven Seas Lagoon, visible from outside Magic Kingdom and at nearby resorts, features a patriotic section.
