Disney Destiny – Cask and Cannon Pub
Earlier this year Disney announced there would be a “Pirates of the Caribbean” themed pub, Cask and Cannon. In this cozy lounge, you will be surrounded by the treasures obtained by the pirates’ from around the globe.
Disney has teased that Cask and Cannon will have an extensive menu of rare vintage rums, necessary for any pirate-themed bar. They also stated that there would be a “not-so-secret selection of bootlegged brews” that would be served from a barrel. Disney rumored that there might be a “mysterious trove of libations” that would be served from an actual treasure chest.
The Cask and Cannon is just one of three highly themed bars aboard the Disney Destiny. Disney also announced there would be a Haunted Mansion Parlor and the new Cruella de Vil-themed lounge as well.
Disney announced many more brand new experiences aboard the heroes and villains-themed ship.
- Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King, a dining experience featuring “The Lion King” in way that has never been seen before.
- “Disney Hercules,” an all-new, Broadway-style retelling of the classic Disney film.
- De Vil’s, a villainous lounge inspired by the stylishly evil Cruella de Vil
- Edna Á La Mode Sweets, a sweet shop inspired by Pixar Animation Studios’ “The Incredibles”
- The Sanctum, Disney Cruise Line’s first lounge inspired by the powerful sorcerers and mystical artifacts of Doctor Strange
- Staterooms and Suites, inspired Marvel’s Iron Man, The Incredibles, Hercules and other Disney characters.
