As 2024 winds down, we have many things to look forward to at Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood. If you are planning to take a trip to either coast’s parks, here are three things to look forward to:
Universal Fan Fest Nights
Universal Studios Hollywood previously announced this exciting new event coming in Spring 2025. While not much is known about the specifics, it will be an after-hours separately ticketed event featuring live entertainment, themed food and beverages, and exclusive merchandise.
The event will feature several popular brands, including “Harry Potter,” “Back to the Future,” “Star Trek,” Dungeons & Dragons, “One Piece,” “Jujutsu Kaisen,” and Nintendo. Cosplay is encouraged. It will be held on select dates in April through May.
Halloween Horror Nights 2025
Halloween Horror Nights is an annual event that changes each time with new themes, IPs, food, merchandise, and more! In 2025, the event will take place on select nights from September 4 through November 2 at Universal Studios Hollywood. The dates for Universal Orlando Resort have not yet been announced.
While the haunted houses for both events have yet to be confirmed, fans are already speculating what they could be. What would you like to see represented at the next event?
Epic Universe
The opening of the newest park at Universal Orlando Resort, Epic Universe, is easily the most exciting and important new offering from Universal and possibly the theme park industry in 2025.
Epic Universe is a massive new park featuring an astrological-themed hub with “portals” that transport guests to each of the themed lands: Dark Universe (Universal Monsters), Super Nintendo World, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic.
Each land, including the hub, boasts impressive new attractions, theming, storytelling, food, entertainment, and much more. The park also brings with it three new hotels, including the Universal Grand Helios Hotel, which has a direct entrance into the park.
There is plenty to look forward to coming from Universal Parks in 2025, it’s almost overwhelming!
