This dish had a nice amount of spice to it. The beef was tender and the peanut flavor was spread throughout.

The wontons are fine, but they didn’t have a lot of crab. You get two wontons for the price, and they’re pretty tasty, so if you’re in the mood for these, we wouldn’t discourage it.

Pan-Fried Vegetable Dumplings Filled with Bok Choy, Carrot, Shiitake Mushroom, Ginger, Garlic, and Sesame – $5.50

While the presentation of this dish is pretty, that’s the only compliment we can give it. The top of a dumpling should be crunchy, but this was basically a rock. It was incredibly hard to cut through and resembled what we think chewing plastic is probably like. It’s vile. It’s tough. The flavor isn’t good. This is probably one of the worst dishes we’ve had. If you’re looking for something similar, we recommend the spring rolls from the quick service in this pavilion.

Mango Bubble Tea (Non-Alcoholic) – $7.75

The tea is refreshing if you’re looking for a nice, non-alcoholic drink, but the boba are flavorless.

Orange Blossom Brewing Honey Jasmine Lager Draft Beer, Orlando, FL (5.5% ABV) – $5.50 for 6 oz., $9.75 for 12 oz.

From correspondence with Orange Blossom Brewing, this beer is exclusive to the China Pavilion. “Honey Jasmine Lager blends together the aromatic essence of jasmine and the nuanced notes of honey, set against the backdrop of a crisp, clean lager. The interplay between the soft floral jasmine notes and the subtle sweetness of honey achieves a sophisticated balance, making it a refreshingly subtle yet complex beer with a smooth, clean finish.”

The tropical notes are great, with the piña colada mix adding a note that tastes a little like suntan lotion smells, but not in a bad way.

Frozen Lucky Peach: Peach Whiskey, Peach Schnapps, Simple Syrup and Lemon Juice – $14.25

This is basically peach-flavored oolong tea with alcohol. It’s great for a hot day since it has a slushy-style texture.

Due to the color, it may be difficult to see, but there are boba pearls in this drink. However, the boba in this drink is unlike any others that we’ve had before, it’s almost like these were soft, and not in a good way. The texture resembled Jell-O. Beyond that, this drink was refreshing and the taste was pretty good. If you can overlook the weird boba pearls, we actually really enjoyed this.
