Tokyo Disney Resort guests will soon be able to book a private Disney Resort Line Monorail car for a special limited-time experience.
Private Disney Resort Line Monorail Experience
During a group’s private Monorail ride, a Cast Member will be on board to talk about the views. The trip is approximately 30 minutes, taking two laps from Resort Gateway Station. Guests can’t get off at another station during that time.
In addition to the private charter experience, riders will receive a t-shirt inspired by the Disney Resort Line Cast Member costumes. These come in youth and adult sizes. Guests will get a wristband featuring the Monorail color of their choice: purple, green, yellow, pink, or blue.
Young guests can borrow a pilot’s cap during the experience.
One group ticket is ¥50,000 (about $345) for a minimum of 1 person and a maximum of 6 people. An advance credit card payment is required.
The experience will be available from July 26 to August 31. Guests can book tickets via a series of lotteries on the Tokyo Disney Resort website starting on July 1. Here is the chart of dates:

The lotteries will open around 11 a.m. Guests can apply during all three lotteries. Starting at 1 p.m. on July 25, additional tickets for any available or canceled slots will open for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis.
When entering the lottery, guests must input the t-shirt sizes necessary. The lottery winner must be part of the group boarding the Monorail.
Starting on July 28, Disney Resort Line will introduce QR code tickets. They will completely switch to QR codes by July 2026.
Tokyo Disney Resort currently has a Duffy and Friends Monorail honoring 20 years of the Disney bear.
