A new Orange Bird shirt is now available at the Marketplace Co-Op in Disney Springs.
Orange Bird T-Shirt – $29.99
The new t-shirt features the beloved mascot for Sunshine Tree Terrace. The shirt is straight cut and dark gray. Above the little orange bird is the text “The Florida Original” in smaller white text and “Orange Bird” in larger green text outlined in white and orange.
The bird stand in front of a glowing yellow sunshine with surrounding rays. The t-shirt is also included in the current promotion, offering adult t-shirts for $24.99 each when you purchase two or more.
Orange Bird is traditionally associated with Magic Kingdom, having debuted with the park on October 1, 1971, as representative for the Florida Citrus Commission, which sponsored the Enchanted Tiki Room.
However, in recent years, the bird has been heavily used for the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival and Flavors of Florida event at Disney Springs. This year, 40 participating locations are offering dishes featuring Florida-grown ingredients. The celebration runs from June 27 to August 10, 2025. If you visit Disney Springs this summer, you might even notice the little guy hiding in a few locations. This is part of the Flavors of Florida 2025 Discover the Springs scavenger hunt.
