Disney has added posters and decals to the construction walls at the edge of Cars Land in Disney California Adventure.
Cars Land Construction Walls
The construction walls block the pathway connecting Cars Land and Avengers Campus as work begins on the Avengers Campus expansion. Stark Industries theming was added to the walls on the Avengers Campus side two months ago, but the Cars Land walls have remained blank until now.
Now there are retro-style posters advertising various fictional “Cars” businesses and products, like the Cozy Cone Motel, Rust-eze, and Dinoco.
A Rust-eze poster featuring Lightning McQueen is in the center of the wall next to a Tow Mater Towing & Salvage poster.
Over the walls, guests can see straight into Avengers Campus following the demolition of a themed wall. We can also scrim hanging off a structure and a construction vehicle.
Avengers Campus will double in size with the additions of Avengers: Infinity Defense and Stark Flight Lab. They will mostly take over backstage space, while a new restroom is expected along this walkway.
