A video circulating on TikTok depicts a guest who climbed multiple stories to a prohibited area at Port of Entry in Universal Islands of Adventure.
Guest Climbs Into Restricted Area at Universal

TikTok user @scott_reactivated shared a video on August 3, 2025, that showed a man sitting with his head down at the top of a staircase. The staircase in question is at the upper level of a building not meant for regular park guests and sits about three stories above ground level.

Users in the comments reported that the man was seen with blood on his knee and legs, suggesting that he sustained injuries while climbing dangerously to the structure.
The upper level of Port of Entry is not fake. It contains meeting and office spaces, plus the Navigator’s Club, which is used for VIP and special events. However, the area in question is across the archway from the Navigator’s Club and is not meant to be accessed by guests.
Former Universal Team Members in the comment section suggested that the man would have had to access a backstage area to get to this particular staircase.

On the ground, guests and Team Members are seen with security, looking at the man. It’s unclear what happened to the guest after the short video, but they were likely escorted from the premises.
It’s unclear why the guest climbed to the top of the building, especially given the extreme heat in Central Florida. Seating areas are available around Islands of Adventure, both indoors and outdoors.
