Disney Vacation Club will soon open reservations for fireworks viewing from the Top of the World Lounge – A Villains Lair atop Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Until now, complimentary entry to the lounge has only been first-come, first-served.

Top of the World Lounge Reservations

Beginning on January 1, 2026, eligible members will be able to make reservations for Top of the World Lounge – Complimentary Fireworks Viewing up to 60 days in advance. They can do so by calling Member Services at (800) 800-9800.

The paid Wicked Wind Down option ($55) and limited walk-up availability will also still be open.

Disney Vacation Club Members with access to Membership Extras are eligible to visit the lounge. They can bring up to four guests per DVC Membership Card or the number of guests on their Disney Resort reservation booked with their Membership.

Check-in, including for walk-up inquiries, is at the Top of the World Lounge podium on the 16th floor starting at 6 p.m. At least one DVC Member in the party must present their digital DVC Membership Card and government-issued photo ID with a matching name.

The lounge is open from 6 p.m. to midnight daily and does have blockout dates for holidays and special event nights.

Complimentary parking is available beginning two hours before a reservation time. Members must present their Membership Card, photo ID, and reservation confirmation at the security gate.

Top of the World Lounge was reimagined into A Villains Lair in 2022.
