Closure for Haunted Mansion Holiday – and a return date for the regular Haunted Mansion – have been posted to the Disneyland website.
Regular Haunted Mansion Reopening

The attraction is currently operating with its fan-favorite Nightmare Before Christmas overlay. Although the ride’s webpage on the Disneyland website says the holiday theme will last through January 7, 2026, the page calendar seems to suggest that Haunted Mansion Holiday will run through January 12, 2026.
Jumping over to the webpage for the standard version of the ride, the reopening date appears to be January 23rd.

Disney has not made an announcement regarding the reopening date. Mistakes have been made with the calendar in the past, but the dates shown currently reflect a pattern we’ve noticed with the holiday-themed ride closures between Haunted Mansion and it’s a small world.
As we reported earlier today, a similar review of the calendar for “it’s a small world” suggests that ride may be down for an extended period of time in late January, partly to remove the current holiday overlay and likely to also implement some additional maintenance or repairs.

This seems to follow a pattern in recent years where one of these two rides goes down earlier in January for the removal of its holiday overlay – while simultaneously, the other ride continues operating in its holiday iteration until the first ride reopens for regular operations.
