CSC ServiceWorks, the third-party company that operates the laundry facilities at Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort hotels, is no longer accepting international card payments.
Laundry No Longer Accepting International Cards

WDWNT reader Jamie informed us of the issue, which international guests have also been discussing on forums like The Dibb.
Jamie said, “I have contacted Disney who are just saying go to guest services at the hotel. CSC help chat was no good, they said to reinstall the app but that doesn’t work. …Some UK guests at DVC resorts are being allowed to use the DVC [facilities] but in some cases that is taking a lot longer as there are fewer machines and all the guests are trying to use. One guest mentioned it took her 3 hours to get some clothes washed. I have stayed onsite every year since 2019 but looking at off site for my trip next month as I don’t want to have to take 3 weeks of clothes with me.”
Some users on The Dibb forum said they were able to purchase a pre-paid laundry card at their hotel’s guest services, but not all hotels are providing that option. Guest services at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort was able to have CSC remotely start the washing machine. For now, it seems solutions vary depending on the hotel and guest services — if cast members are able to provide a solution at all.
