It doesn’t matter whether you’re in Disney’s Hollywood Studios or the fifth dimension… violence is never an acceptable solution to a FastPass+ issue.
A guest was recently removed from Walt Disney World after punching a cast member in the face at The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, according to an incident report from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. WDWNT learned of the incident from Fox 35 Orlando.
The incident reportedly happened on July 13th. The altercation came after the 23-year old guest in the FastPass+ queue learned that she didn’t have a valid FastPass+ for the attraction. According to the report, she became “verbally agressive.” The cast member, a 23 year-old female, told deputies that she then used her podium to call a coordinator to alert security after the guest started pressing buttons pertaining to ride operation on the podium. After telling the guest to stop, the guest then reportedly punched the cast member in the face.
The cast member told deputies that the guest could’ve affected ride operation, though the ride was not affected from the incident.
Officials reported that the cast member had minor swelling near her eye, but didn’t wish to press charges. Though she was not charged, the guest was removed from Walt Disney World property.
We will report any updates as we learn them.

Violence is never justifiable in any circumstances however it can be a reaction from the aggressive and insulting treatment people receive from the “cast members” a bunch of ignorant, unhappy and frustrated people out of control even from the “managers” who defend and support these behaviors
