Originally set to reopen on November 24th, it has been announced that Primeval Whirl in DinoLand U.S.A. at Disney’s Animal Kingdom will now be reopening on November 23rd, a full day earlier.
The attraction will open earlier in the day for Morning Extra Magic Hours (for Walt Disney World resort guests) from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, and then opening to the general public through 8:00 PM.
The ride is set to resume seasonal operation on the 24th and will only be open until December 1st, opening to handle higher crowds at the park due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
We expect Primeval Whirl will reopen again for Christmas week, but it has yet to be announced.

I don’t understand this at all. There are not a lot of rides at AK, this will just make longer lines in general for the other rides.
Any reason for this ride to go seasonal?? It was one of my fav when we went there and now when we go back it looks like it won’t be open :(
