Walt Disney World released an update today notifying guests that a virtual chat service will be available at resort hotels when they reopen on June 22. The service will allow guests to get their questions answered without needing to visit the front desk of the hotel.
While the update did not go into specifics, the virtual chat will be done via the My Disney Experience app and will connect guests to a Cast Member at the resort who will assist with any requests or questions.
This is just the latest in changes Disney has made in an effort to reduce human contact as a precaution for COVID-19 transmission.
