We’re back in Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom, and it’s time for something sweet! We previously shared a first look at the reopening of The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. Many interactive queue features had been cordoned-off and new social distancing markers had been installed to keep guests safe. Today we were visiting the attraction for another ride on a Hunny pot, when we noticed even more elements had been made inaccessible overnight. Let’s take a closer look together…
Before, we had noticed that Rabbit’s Garden, the full interactive play area for children, had been roped off. This means kiddos waiting in line won’t be able to play, but it is good news for Rabbit as he doesn’t really like people (or gophers) interfering with his ‘cabege’ anyway.
As a high-touch point, the pumpkin patch is also not available, and neither is Eeyore’s gloomy place.
Something that changed since our last visit is that the interactive bee maze that runs down the middle of the queue has been covered with a tarp, making it unavailable for guests to play with. The covering is adorned with more ‘For Your Safety, Not Available’ signs.
Another key difference is that the Hunny Wall is now switched off completely. As an extremely high touch point, it was not surprising to see that the new queue directional system steered guests to avoid this wall when we last visited. We can now see that the screen on the wall is completely switched off.
