Ole! It’s time for paella and croquetas once again, as Jaleo by José Andrés at Disney Springs is now showing available times starting on August 20.

It appears the restaurant will be open from Thursday through Sunday each week, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. (Closing at 9:00 PM on Sundays.) Reservations are currently not available online via My Disney Experience or OpenTable, but we expect them to open up soon.

Jaleo is by far one of our favorite restaurants at Disney Springs. You can prepare for your next dinner there by reading up on our review of the entire menu. Throughout the pandemic, Chef Jose Andres, in conjunction with the World Central Kitchen, has helped cook, package, and deliver thousands of meals to healthcare workers, first responders, and Orlando residents in need as part of ongoing relief efforts.
