Welcome to the final day of the holiday season here at the Universal Orlando Resort. We’re ready to take one last look around at all the decorations and seasonal entertainment, so let’s get going.
We’ll miss stopping into the Holiday Tribute Store and the Macy’s balloons.
We made sure to catch some of our favorite holiday entertainment, too.
The Williams of Hollywood Prop Shop was open today and had some new items, including two “Beetlejuice” props from the Halloween Horror Nights Tribute Store. These two chairs were seen at the exit of the store as part of the waiting room scene. Each chair is priced at $400, so be sure to hurry over if this is something you need for your collection. $400 is a small price to pay for a piece of Universal history.
Crowds were light today, thankfully, and we could actually get around with ease. We’ve been missing these kind of days.
We decided to grab a Shepherd’s Pie Jacket Potato from the Taxi Hut in London for lunch and we were not disappointed. A baked potato was exactly what we needed to warm up on this cool, overcast day.
We spotted new Harry Potter socks at the Universal Studios Store in CityWalk. These match the London to Hogwarts merchandise collection and are $17 each.
We made our way over to Islands of Adventure next. We’re loving these crowds today.
This Team Member and her Kong plush were waving at guests walking by and it made us smile.
The Jurassic World VelociCoaster was testing again today. We never get tired of watching. For a better look, be sure to check out our latest post with aerial photos!
No ospreys today, only coaster vehicles.
The small section of pavement that “connects” Raptor Encounter and gate 1 of the raptor paddock seems to have been recently updated. With the holiday crowds, we haven’t been able to see the ground in a while.
The door on the watch tower has been open for a couple of days now.
Hogsmeade was probably the busiest part of the park and it still wasn’t too crowded when we passed through this evening.
There are brand new Wizarding World reusable bags available for purchase. The small bag is $3 and the medium bag is $5 and can be found in multiple shops around the Wizarding World.
If you’re exiting Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey and looking to view your ride photo, they’ve moved to the opposite side of the store. There’s a small podium near the door where you can view and purchase your ride photo.
One last look at Seuss Landing before the Who-lidays come to an end.
