What a perfect day to be at the Universal Orlando Resort! Today was one of the quiestest days we’ve seen in a while and we’re ready to roam around the park and check in on all the latest updates.
We started our day in Diagon Alley, where we found low waits times for Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts, but long lines for the Ollivanders Wand Experience. After talking to Team Members, we learned that they have returned to one travel party per room because they’ve gone back into slower season.
We took the Hogwarts Express from King’s Cross Station over to Islands of Adventure and were surprised that even Hogsmeade was quiet.
Don’t grab the beer at the Magic Neep.
A random old map was on the ground near Hogwarts Castle. Wonder where that came from.
Jurassic Park River Adventure is closed for a brief refurbishment and walls have gone up around the entrance and the viewing area nearby.
The viewing area by the water in Toon Lagoon was being prepped for a fresh coat of paint.
These crowds are insane. Where is everyone today?
The weather this afternoon was perfect, too.
The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium has put up their Valentine’s Day decorations. Love is in the air.
We walked back over to Universal Studios Florida and it was so quiet.
Work is still happening on the fountain platform in the lagoon. It’s been like this for several days now.
This is a great day to get on rides. The wait times are so low!
That’s all for this visit to the Universal Orlando Resort. Be sure to keep following WDWNT and Universal Parks News Today for more updates!
