Kristen Wiig and Annie Mumolo (Bridesmaids) are teaming to write a spin-off about Cinderella’s evil stepsisters according to this Variety article.
Variety wrote:
“Set at Disney, Wiig and Mumolo will write the screenplay for the musical comedy that reimagines the classic fairytale from the perspective of the two sisters who didn’t get their happily ever after.”

What a talent vacuum that pair makes. That Wiig is one of the outright least funny and offensively bad personalities working (unfortunately) today.
