The Ganachery at Disney Springs has a brand-new Jungle Cruise-inspired piñata, a specialty chocolate treat that guests get to break open before eating.
Guests visiting World of Disney may see a display for The Adventurers’ Piñata near the Jungle Cruise merchandise.
Each piñata comes with a small wooden mallet for breaking.
The Adventurers’ Piñata – $28
Milk chocolate sphere filled with a wild mix of marshmallows
The piñata comes in a domed case.
It’s decorated with an edible steering wheel, snakes, and leaves, and surrounded by some “sand” and “rocks.”
The actual ball is milk chocolate and the adornments are white chocolate. The anchor had a bit of edible gold dust as well.
The sand is crushed graham crackers and the rocks are candy-coated milk chocolate pieces.
It wasn’t long before this piñata was sweating in the Florida heat, so we took our mallet to it and discovered the treasure inside.
We recommend breaking it sooner rather than later to avoid too much of a melting mess.
Inside are a handful of smaller themed treats.
These five pieces are milk or dark chocolate-covered marshmallows. One resembled a Jungle Cruise ad while the others had animal prints.
There were also tiny milk chocolate balls inside the piñata. They unfortunately weren’t the crispy kind.
Taste-wise, this was good, but nothing special. It tasted like classic Ganachery chocolate. The presentation is cute, so if you want some chocolate for the whole family, plus a fun, themed treat, this might be for you.
Just make sure to grab some napkins and eat quickly!
