After the announcement that sailings would commence once again on August 9, the specifics of COVID-19 safety measures were released. In the initial release, it was stated that guests must wear masks at all times indoors except while in staterooms and while stationary for eating or drinking. But a recent change has loosened that protocol a bit.
According to the Disney Cruise Line “Know Before You Go” policies of health and safety measures aboard the ship, guests may now remove their masks for photos while indoors if they are stationary and maintaining an appropriate physical distance.
The other measures in place, such as the mask requirements of qualified face coverings, the plexiglass barriers, and the physical distancing in some areas of the ship, are still in place.

They really need to address the most recent statement from the Bahamas about not being able to port at private islands unless 100% of the ship vaccinated. Legally they can’t just float in the ocean for 4 days either.
That issue has been addressed. They now require everyone over 12 to be fully vaccinated. 12 and under require a COVID test within 5 days of embarkation, plus a PCR at the cruise terminal on the day of embarkation.
