Guests looking to “adopt” (purchase) a shoulder Banshee toy from The Rookery inside Windtraders Shop at Disney’s Animal Kingdom will have to settle for the plush version. The shop inside Pandora – The World of Avatar is sold out of the popular souvenirs.
The branches of The Rookery are usually filled with the Ikran, as the Na’vi call them, waiting for a guest to take them home.
It’s unlikely that Disney has suddenly decided to stop selling the Banshees. It is more likely a supply issue keeping the Rookery devoid of the toy.

They have been out of them for at least 2 weeks.
When my kid bought one on August 7, the cast members convinced us to buy it by telling us “It’s your last chance to buy one because there’s only 3 left.” Orange was the only color left. So, we bought it.
Anyone know if these are back in stock? I’m going on September 20th. Thanks!
