These descriptions are available via the “Datapad” available to guests staying at Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser.
There is an events tab of the datapad and clicking on an event gives the full description. Unscheduled events, such as lightsaber training, are listed at the top of each day and include information on how the event will be scheduled.

This whole “star cruiser hotel” concept seems rather odd and quite unseemly.
Hopefully it will turn out to be fun and worth the price.
Well let’s keep our fingers crossed.
How much “repeat business” do you think this will get? Looks somewhat fun, but I can’t imagine returning every 2-3 years just to do this. I imagine this will do ok for the first few years and then just become another hotel.
The one full day on the starcruiser is the day you arrive? For 6k? No, not interested in this. Disney hasn’t proven it knows a good Star Wars story from a hole in the ground. It gets lucky on occasion, but no. $6k to spend roughly 20 total hours on this thing. Unless people just pop off to Baatu and come right back after the rides, you hardly get to see the ship. Which makes me think there’s not much to the ship.
So many of these things are only a half hour long. It doesn’t sound immersive; it sounds like each thing was minimally put together and off you go to the next quick thing. The whole “tournament” is a half hour, for example?
It sounds a lot like a summer camp schedule and foreshadows a ton of broken dreams. “Sorry, Commander Joey, you can’t do Butuu today. But, if you are extra nice, I will talk to Commander Skywalker for you and see about tomorrow.
This is……….sad
