The Fry Basket returns for its fourth appearance at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival in 2025. “Snack on crispy French fries, seasoned to perfection.” This year’s festival runs from August 28 – November 22, 2025.

These were nicely cooked with a light, crisp outer layer. They have steak fry consistency and a generous amount of seasoning. The garlic cilantro aioli adds creaminess, but not much flavor to the fries.

All of the fries are cooked really nicely, soft on the inside and a light crunch on the outside. The salt and vinegar fries tasted exactly as you’d expect. The sweet potato fries are the sweet option to contrast the two savory dishes. They have a cinnamon sugar seasoning. You don’t taste much of the marshmallow cream (ours melted), and the candied pecans add crunch and more sweetness to the fries. The Truffle-Parmesan fries were the least remarkable. They are just basic fries with a little bit of parmesan cheese. Compared to the others, they don’t offer much. We were split between 5 and 6, but the blandness of the parmesan fries wasn’t enough to drop the rating.

Boyd & Blair Grapefruit Mule, Glenshaw, PA ($26/bottle) – $12.50

From Boyd & Blair: “For ginger lovers looking to expand their horizons, this take on a classic mule incorporates the unexpected flavor of grapefruit with the traditional mule components of ginger, lime and house-made simple syrup.  The result?  A slightly bitter, slightly sweet, undeniably delightful cocktail…”
