*NEW* Seafood Bake with Shrimp, Mussels, Clams, Andouille Sausage, Red Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, Persillade Butter, White Wine Broth, and Grilled Sourdough – $8.50

Rank out of 7: 3
For starters, the dish was missing the andouille sausage. Overall, the offering was very inconsistent. The shrimp and muscle were excellent, the grilled sourdough was good, and the broth was also pleasant. However, the clam was very gritty, almost like sand, to which one of our review team members said, “It is Beach Grub!” The potatoes were so undercooked they were basically raw.
Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with Savory Garlic Spread and “Cheese” – $6.00

Rank out of 7: 5
The seasoning on this corn on the cob is good, but nothing special. Corn on the cob is usually street food for fairs and flea markets, so it feels like there was a lack of effort/ingenuity in creating this for the outdoor kitchen. It would have been better if it was hot, but that’s always a gamble with festival food. The vegan cheese is the weakest part, but overall, it’s good.
*NEW* S’mores Bar: Fudge Brownie, Dark Chocolate, Toasted Meringue, and Smoked Graham Cracker – $5.50

Rank out of 7: 6
The S’mores Bar had a strong fudge flavor and the smokiness made the dish. The toasted meringue was perfect and the crunchy texture of the graham cracker was also nice.
*NEW* Coconut Water (Non-Alcoholic) – $4.00

Rank out of 7: 1
After trying this, one member of our review team said, “Oh! What’s wrong with that?” which best sums up this review. This was the worst coconut water we’ve ever had. The texture was thick and tasted like old water.
*NEW* Coconut Water with Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum ($30/bottle) – $11.50

Rank out of 7: 0
This is our fourth time ever giving an item a score of 0 out of 7. This was even worse than the non-alcoholic coconut water. It tasted like murky water, or as one of our review team members said, “like if you went to Key West and put a cup in the water and drank it.” It was bitter and weird. Just terrible.
