People stand in line at an outdoor food kiosk named "The Donut Box" under a clear sky, enjoying the vibrant ambiance of the Flower & Garden Festival, with lush trees and charming buildings setting a picturesque background.

Beach Grub, inspired by the nearby Disney’s Beach Club Resort, makes its debut at the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival in 2025. “Nosh on succulent seafood and other delish dishes fit for a seaside feast.” This year’s 2025 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival takes place March 5 – June 2, 2025.

For starters, the dish was missing the andouille sausage. Overall, the offering was very inconsistent. The shrimp and muscle were excellent, the grilled sourdough was good, and the broth was also pleasant. However, the clam was very gritty, almost like sand, to which one of our review team members said, “It is Beach Grub!” The potatoes were so undercooked they were basically raw.

The seasoning on this corn on the cob is good, but nothing special. Corn on the cob is usually street food for fairs and flea markets, so it feels like there was a lack of effort/ingenuity in creating this for the outdoor kitchen. It would have been better if it was hot, but that’s always a gamble with festival food. The vegan cheese is the weakest part, but overall, it’s good.

The S’mores Bar had a strong fudge flavor and the smokiness made the dish. The toasted meringue was perfect and the crunchy texture of the graham cracker was also nice.

After trying this, one member of our review team said, “Oh! What’s wrong with that?” which best sums up this review. This was the worst coconut water we’ve ever had. The texture was thick and tasted like old water.

This is our fourth time ever giving an item a score of 0 out of 7. This was even worse than the non-alcoholic coconut water. It tasted like murky water, or as one of our review team members said, “like if you went to Key West and put a cup in the water and drank it.” It was bitter and weird. Just terrible.
