Universal Islands of Adventure turns 25 this year on May 28, and there’s a new merchandise collection to celebrate. The collection is currently only available at Islands of Adventure Trading Company, the park’s main gift shop found in Port of Entry.
T-shirt – $27
The collection features art reminiscent of old merchandise that highlights the original five lands: Jurassic Park, Seuss Landing, Marvel Super Hero Island, Toon Lagoon, and The Lost Continent (represented by the extinct Dueling Dragons attraction). The park icon, Pharos Lighthouse, is on the right. The t-shirt is bright red.
Jurassic Park is represented by the T.rex from Jurassic Park River Adventure. In the background, a boat from the ride is going through the iconic park gates. There’s water splashing from the frame.
Seuss Landing is featured with art of Cat in the Hat and Truffula Trees from “The Lorax.”
For Marvel Super Hero Island, both the Hulk and Doctor Doom’s Fearfall are in the background while Spider-Man swings across the frame.
Dudley Do-Right is in front of his namesake, Dudley Do-Right’s Ripsaw Falls, for the Toon Lagoon art.
It also has the classic Universal’s Islands of Adventure logo, which is no longer in use.
A collection of Dueling Dragons merchandise was released yesterday as well. Here it represents The Lost Continent, which used to include an area called Merlinwood. That area is now the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade.
An anniversary logo is on the sleeve, using the original “Universal’s Islands of Adventure” name with “25 years” underneath.
Tumbler – $27
The tumbler is red and silver with the same artwork.
Pin – $15
An enamel pin with the art is also available.
Hoodie – $55
A black zip-front hoodie has the same artwork on the back, while the front features the anniversary logo on the left breast.
