The Slinky Dog Dash will be the headlining attraction in Toy Story Land when it opens next Summer at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, but today, we’re getting our first look at the physical coaster trains for the ride.
The above leaked photo reveals pieces of one of the Slinky Dog trains being delivered to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Disney is expected to release official images this week once they are loaded onto the track at the ride. Until then, we’ll just have to settle for this somewhat blurry phone pic…
“Woody! My butt’s goin’ to Baton Rouge!”
I always kinda held out hope that they’d surprise us with a coaster that stretches and contracts just like Slink. I realize it was unlikely as it would be a big leap in coaster engineering, but I thought if anyone could do it, Disney could… Guess this means it isn’t happening.
How can you tell all that from this pic? The pieces aren’t even connected yet.
can you prove that !!!
I would still think Toy Story Mania to be the headlining ride of Toy Story Land, as it is an E-ticket attraction, were as the Slinky Coaster isn’t.
what are you talking about
That may have been true if Toy Story Mania weren’t 10 years old, but I can guarantee the coaster will have longer lines because it’s new especially now that TSM has three tracks.
Toy Story Mania has “three” tracks???? Am I missing something???
I was on a Disney FB group earlier today where one of the memberstook a video of the truck with the slinky dog on its way to Disney and it was on the I-4.I have another picture I found of the Slinky dog uncovered before going into the Hollywood Studios entrance near World drive
