With Bob Iger set to retire from the Walt Disney Company throne in 19 months, experts are saying that odds are high that Disney Parks Chief Executive Bob Chapek will be the man to replace him.
Whilst, from a business point of view, this seems like a sound move – with Shanghai turning a high profit in it’s first year – to fans, it seems like a controversial fit for the position.
He has been at the helm of many successful projects in the parks, with ideas such as tiered pricing, MaxPass and the introduction of more hard-ticket events in the parks since his introduction in February 2015.

Fixed that for you.
Shame on you for doing that.
This is clearly the work of an internal PR team. Bob’s reputation as a creative thinker and business driver is abysmal internally. All of the successes mentioned in this story were driven by Iger or Staggs.
Robochapek must be getting some pretty big software upgrades.
Well Well Well
Out with the old and in with the new.
I agree, that’s why I’ve decided to get a new dvvvvvvvvvvvd player.
