Paddlefish at Disney Springs will be hosting a special lobster feast event on Wednesday, April 25, featuring a four-course meal with wine pairings. The event will take place on the Paddlefish rooftop starting at 7pm, and will feature lobster dishes crafted by Paddlefish chef Richard.

As a pre-course starter, guests will get to indulge in a mini Maine lobster roll that will be served with an Italian Negroamaro Rosé. During the first course, guests will be treated to a lobster and Chouriço stuffed shrimp with a blood orange hollandaise. Paired with this dish will be a Groth Napa Valley Sauvignon blanc. The second course is a lobster and sweet corn chowder, paired with an August Kessler German Riesling. The third and main course is a scallop and cornbread stuffed lobster, with cider-based veal cheeks and turnip puree. This entrée will be served with a Spanish Tempranillo Triton Rioja. Finally for dessert, guests will receive a strawberry and rhubarb bread pudding, accompanied by a pour of Hidalgo Pedro Ximenez Sherry.
The event is $90 per person, and tickets for the event can be purchased by either following the link here, or calling 407-828-8996.
