Who’s excited for the new Disney Skyliner transportation system? Well, we went over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot this week to check out the current construction of the Skyliner and we’ve brought photos for you to enjoy!

Hollywood Studios

From the Hollywood Studios parking lot, it doesn’t look too high up.

You’ll find a lot of these around the Hollywood Studios parking lot, which is currently a mess.

You can see the Skyliner supports looking toward the Hollywood Studios Skyliner station.

There’s a look at all the current supports installed at Hollywood Studios. From here, the Disney Skyliner will take you to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.

Epcot

In the foreground here, you can see more construction for Skyliner supports, and in the background you can see Ratatouille construction beginning.

And finally, we end with a panoramic of the Epcot Disney Skyliner station construction area.

  • Another project moving at a typical WDI pace … very slowly. The work completed on the station is most disappointing for the length of time since it began.

  • Unfortunately, in the Thunderstorm and lightning storm meca of the US, there are many days this will never be able to operate.
