Back to the Future LIVE! – The History of The Studio Backlot Tour Airs at 9:30PM ET Tonight

It’s time to go back! Take a ride through the boneyard, Catastrophe Canyon, and more tonight at or on YouTube, as WDWNT presents the complete history of the Backlot Studio Tour at 9:30PM ET.


This multimedia experience will include rare imagery, thoughtful insights, and more on one of the Disney-MGM Studios’ opening day attractions (including a short trip to Walt Disney Studios Paris).

If you can’t tune in live, the show will be available on YouTube afterwards, and also in audio form through the WDW News Today Podcast.

Such a GREAT attraction. Back in the day when they wanted guests to have fun, and not just 100% about promoting their brand/movie franchises and just let people in the parks to sell more.

I worked at BLT Shuttles from 1998-2000 before moving over to Magic Kingdom.
It was by far, my favorite attraction to work. The park was like a big family, the attraction was lots of fun and very interesting since we had actual productions going on and my fellow Cast Members were awesome! The most fun I had in my 16+ years at WDW
