Concept artwork for a canceled K-2SO Disney Infinity figure has recently surfaced.
The artwork was posted by former Disney Infinity character artist Ian Jacobs on his ArtStation page. The post containing the concept art reads, “I had the pleasure of working on K-2SO from Star Wars Rogue One for Disney Infinity. Unfortunately the project was cancelled before it could be released.”
K-2SO is not the only character from the canceled Rogue One Playset that has been shared since the game was canceled back in 2016. Last year we got a look at artwork for a canceled Baze Malbus figure, and shortly afterwards photos of the figure’s 3D model showed up on the internet.
Many other canceled Disney Infinity plans have been revealed over time including a Doctor Strange figure, two Beauty and the Beast figures, and the infamous unreleased Peter Pan figure that we eventually got our hands on.
