Recently, Shanghai Disneyland added two new benefits for guests staying at a Disney Hotel. The Shanghai Disney Resort has two: the Toy Story Hotel and the Shanghai Disneyland Hotel. Both hotels already offered many ‘Disney’ benefits, but now advance reservation of Disney FastPass and priority entrance to Shanghai Disneyland are added to the list.

The first benefit for guests who stay at the hotels is the advance FastPass reservation. Earlier, Shanghai Disneyland only worked with in-park reservations of the FastPass. Now, hotel guests booking park tickets or a Disney hotel and park tickets bundle package via specified channels are eligible to reserve one Disney Fastpass in advance for their upcoming park visit when checking in.

The second benefit is the early and easy access to the park. The entrance is located at Disneytown and is open earlier than the park’s main entrance. Guests can take the Shanghai Disney Resort shuttle to Disneytown in the morning period to enter Shanghai Disneyland through the Disneytown priority entrance with the credential provided by the hotel, their park tickets and the personal ID/travel document used to purchase the tickets.

These new benefits are a nice way to draw more guests to the Shanghai Disney Resort Hotels. Shanghai Disneyland recently opened Disney·Pixar Toy Story Land, its first expansion. This land features three rides: Slinky Dog Spin, Rex’s Racer and Woody’s Roundup.

Guests can interact Woody and Jessie at a meeting point, shop in Al’s Toy Barn, or have a quick snack in the Toy Box Café.

The land seems very nice, so extra time in the park for Hotel Guests might be useful! Have you already planned a trip to the Shanghai Disney Resort?
