In what seems like an unholy marriage between Guy Fieri and Poultry Palace, a new counter service location is coming to Disney Springs called “Chicken Guy”. Located at Planet Hollywood Observatory, Chicken Guy will serve up what we can only assume will be chicken related entrees.
Planet Hollywood Founder Robert Earl and self-proclaimed “chef” Guy Fieri are the masterminds behind this new restaurant concept. The Disney Springs location will be the first, and hopefully only, location of Chicken Guy, serving as its flagship location.
We first reported on a new counter service restaurant coming to Planet Hollywood in February, but these are the first details we are getting for the location.
Job postings for this new restaurant went up five days ago, and they are currently having open interviews until 6/22 at the Lake Buena Vista Wyndham. Here’s how the job posting described the location:
Following the successful collaboration between world-renowned restaurateur Robert Earl and celebrity Chef Guy Fieri, the two dynamic forces have come together to create a new concept that will launch its flagship location at Disney Springs at the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. Chicken Guy!
The menu, opening date, and concept art have yet to be released, but we do have a logo for the restaurant.
