PHOTOS: Gigantic Central American Figures Removed from Pepper Market at Coronado Springs

Pepper Market is a quick service restaurant at Coronado Springs Resort. Since the resort’s inception, gigantic Central American figures stood at the entrance and inside the seating area at Pepper Market. These are wonderfully colorful and created a fun atmosphere for the restaurant.

Coronado Springs is currently undergoing a massive refurbishment and expansion which includes repainting the main building. Pepper Market got in on the refurbishment and has since removed these gigantic colorful figures. The once tall standing figures are now nothing more than open air and refurbishment walls. Take a look for yourself.

Their removal signals a change in the overall playful theme of Coronado Springs, moving the resort more towards a neutered brand that fits the needs of convention-style guests.
