Select Walt Disney World Restaurants Removed From OpenTable

Back in December 2017, we reported that you could make reservations at select Walt Disney World restaurants via the OpenTable website and app. As of today, select restaurants at Walt Disney World have removed the ability to book via OpenTable. We say select because some locations like Flying Fish and Artist Point still have plenty of times available while The Wave and Sanaa have no times. Over on the My Disney Experience app, plenty of times show up for The Wave and Sanaa.

The reason for this removal is likely due to no credit card guarantee required. No credit card guarantee allows guests to book and not show up. Having no shows hurts the restaurant by not filling tables with guests who would otherwise show up. It is very likely that the remaining Walt Disney World restaurants on OpenTable will be removed shortly.
